Your Responsibilities
- Further development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISMS in accordance with DORA, ISO 27001, and relevant financial regulations
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits together with internal audit and external auditors
- Coordinating business continuity measures and maintaining relevant documentation
- Identifying, analyzing, and assessing IT and operational risks
- Preparing security and risk reports for senior management and supervisory authorities
- Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring penetration tests to ensure the resilience of our SaaS applications
- Conducting internal self-audits to review the effectiveness of internal controls and processes
- Planning and delivering security trainings and awareness workshops
- Responding to customer and employee inquiries related to information security
- Degree in Economics with focus on Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or risk management, ideally in the financial or banking sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (especially DORA, MaRisk) and ISO 27001
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, a team mindset, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
