About the role:

This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who loves structure, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep the wheels turning. You'll take ownership of essential administrative processes for our IT workforce – with plenty of flexibility and direct impact.

Why this role matters:

Our IT Governance team ensures that documentation, off& onboarding, and cost control processes run reliably and accurately. You'll help uphold these standards while working autonomously and flexibly.

Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Managing the IT internal onboarding sessions of new joiners to enable a good start with warm welcome and creating a "one-IT" feeling.
  • Own the documentation process for onboarding and offboarding external employees – ensuring contracts, NDAs, and onboarding steps are complete, ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
  • Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization for all IT employees (internal and external), support in budgeting and controlling processes.
  • Designing and processing surveys for all-IT including following up on the results.
  • Organizing IT communication meetings and events.

  • You are independent and take responsibility for your results.
  • You're reliable, thorough, and a clear communicator.
  • You're confident working with senior stakeholders and maintaining visibility on tasks.
  • You're comfortable using or quickly learning our IT tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office.
