About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable

is responsible for our accounting. The Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable reports to the Accounting Manager.

As Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable, you will responsible for the following duties:

  • Posting daily, weekly, and monthly business transactions
  • Maintaining and reconciling general accounts in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Working with operational departments to clarify discrepancies and provide financial insights

As Accounting Agent – Accounts Payable, We Expect From You

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • Initial experience in accounting (hotel industry advantageous)
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Flexible and varied commitment to daily business
  • Basic knowledge of legal and accounting regulations
  • Discretion and loyalty
