About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join our team, focused on building and optimizing the next generation of AI-powered enterprise finance tools. As part of the founding product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, roadmap, and helping some of the world's largest companies eliminate their manual accounting work.

You'll work side-by-side with all founders and engineers to turn customer requests into high-performing, elegant features that slot seamlessly into our customers' existing processes. Your work will directly define how finance teams experience AI automation - in real life, at scale.

We're headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.

What you'll do

  • You'll own key parts of the product roadmap - from discovery to rollout - driving adoption, accuracy, and measurable time saved for finance teams.

  • Translate complex accounting workflows and compliance requirements into clear product specs.

  • Continuously gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and the broader market to guide product decisions.

  • Work closely with all founders and engineers to build accurate, intuitive, and enterprise-ready finance workflows.

  • Create and maintain customer-facing enablement materials, including product documentation, release notes, and training content.

  • Support QA and user acceptance testing to ensure finance-related features meet quality and compliance standards.

  • Guide and hands-on support our customers through change management and AI adoption

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in product management; enterprise software is a plus

  • A product mindset with the ability to turn complex requirements into elegant AI solutions

  • You make complex topics easy to work with, through crisp framing, strong documentation, and well-defined ownership

  • A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills internally and externally

  • Experience in LLM-based software solutions or AI agents is a plus
