Für unsere Abteilung Weleda Prestige suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

 Retail Sales Manager Prestige (m/w/d)  Gebiet 5: Norden mit Großraum Hamburg, Bremen, Hannover 

Was Dich erwartet: 

  • Verantwortung für Hinein- und Abverkauf im jeweiligen Gebiet mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Umsatz- und Marktanteilswachstum. 

  • Merchandising & POS-Optimierung: Forcierung einer optimalen Platzierung der Marke im Handel vor Ort sowie Überprüfung des Visual Merchandising 

  • Training & Coaching des Verkaufspersonals und damit Schaffung von Markenbotschaftern – durch regelmäßige Schulungen und On-the-Job-Trainings. 

  • Beziehungs-Management und Motivation der Teams im Handel zur Sicherstellung des Fokus unserer Marke.

  • Events & Aktivierungen: Planung und Begleitung von In-Store-Promotions, Aktionen und Events, um die Markenpräsenz zu maximieren. 

  • Marktanalyse zur Optimierung der Sell-out-Performance, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Sammlung von Feedback zur Weitergabe von Erfahrungswerten an das Marketing. 

  • Unterstützung des Hineinverkaufs an Handelspartner, mit klarem Fokus auf nachhaltigen Abverkauf und langfristige Partnerschaften. 

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen und operativen Verkaufsmaßnahmen, die sowohl die Bedürfnisse des Handels als auch die Endkunden berücksichtigen. 

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Trade-Marketing, Vertrieb (KAM), Training- und Schulung, um eine optimale Verfügbarkeit und Sichtbarkeit der Produkte zu gewährleisten. 

  • Übernahme strategischer Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Verkaufsstrategie und Marktposition. 

Das bringst du mit: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Einzelhandel, Parfümerie, als Drogist oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung mit mindestens mehrjähriger Handels- und/oder Außendiensterfahrung idealerweise im selektiven Handel (Parfümerie, Premium-Kosmetik, Beauty, Lifestyle). 

  • Erfahrung in der Flächenbetreuung und POS-Steuerung. 

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstreflexion und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. 

  • Belastbarkeit, Organisationsgeschick und eine Hands-on-Mentalität. 

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten. 

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. 

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Daten, CRM-Systemen und digitalen Vertriebslösungen
