About The Position
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience and make a real impact? As an Intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Business Development team. This role offers a unique chance to contribute across a broad spectrum of activities, including customer communication, project management, fostering operational excellence, supporting product management, and assisting with incident management.

You will gain valuable insights into how we drive business growth and maintain high operational standards. We're looking for a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative team player, and a keen willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is beneficial, and familiarity with Project Management tools like Jira would be a plus. This internship is designed to challenge you, develop your professional skills, and prepare you for future career success.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Ability to create compelling presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
  • Basic understanding or interest in Project Management principles
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • First practical experience or strong interest in Project Management principles
  • Initial familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis or reporting
