Unsere Erwartungen an Sie

  • Sie haben Ihre juristischen Examina erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus und sind in der Lage, auch mehrere fristgebundene Angelegenheiten gewissenhaft zu erledigen
  • Sie haben großes Interesse an digitalen Entwicklungen und begeistern sich für medien- und äußerungsrechtliche Fragestellungen
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit in einem großen Team aus jungen hochspezialisierten Menschen
  • Englischkenntnisse, die eine schriftliche Kommunikation ermöglichen, sind von Vorteil

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Beratungsschwerpunkt im Äußerungs- und Medienrecht mit Fokus auf Zivilprozesse im Bereich der Intermediärshaftung betreffend Inhalte Dritter
  • Prozessführung für global tätige Digital-Unternehmen vor deutschen Gerichten
  • Analyse und Erstellung von Schriftsätzen
  • Eigenständige Sachverhaltsrecherche und -aufklärung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Mandantschaft
