The Team – your impact  

Join our dynamic Segment Portfolio Management team within the Digital Portfolio Office at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. As a Global Digital Technology (DT) Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering our digital transformation investments, ensuring alignment with corporate and segment-specific strategies.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

Support E.ON's decision making for DT (Digital Technology) investments in digital solutions across the segments incl. launching, adapting and embedding new ways of workingCreate qualitative transparency across segment DT portfolios as well as a comprehensive picture where the projects contribute to E.ON's DT strategy and how much value they deliverImplement and optimize agile portfolio planning across DT to support our agil transformation rollout and establish product-centric organizationDetermine investment strategies and ensuring that digital transformation investments are properly aligned with segment DT while being adequately sized and scopedMonitor, analyze, and control the overarching risk landscape resulting from the DT project portfolio
