Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten von NPS, CSAT, CES- und Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen, idealerweise für jeden Touchpoint
  • Aufbauen und Pflegen eines strukturierten Feedbackprozesses mit externen und internen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützen bei Trendanalysen sowie der Analyse der Customer Journey (online & offline Touchpoints) zur Identifikation von Pain Points und Moments of Truth
  • Überwachen der Customer Experience Aktivitäten und Erstellen von relevanten Reportings sowie das Ableiten von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Entwickeln, Validieren und Pflegen von Buyer Personas und ICPs auf Basis quantitativer und qualitativer Daten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Experience, Customer Journey, Marktforschung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kundenzufriedenheitsmessungen (NPS, CES, CSAT) sowie in der Datenanalyse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Programmen (Microsoft Office, CRM, Confluence, Jira, Survey Monkey oder ähnliches)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
