We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive our B2B SaaS Healthtech platform development. This crucial role will execute the product vision, working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that address critical healthcare needs.

• Drive execution of the product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Gather and prioritise requirements from customers and stakeholders
• Create detailed product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with design, engineering, customer support and sales teams
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Develop and deliver product documentation both for internal stakeholders and customers
• Accept or reject project deliverables based on agreed-upon acceptance criteria
• Participate in creating prototypes and mock-ups with Product UX/Design
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis for key product decisions

• 2+ years experience as a Product Owner in a B2B SaaS environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and associated tool
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Knowledge of product life cycles and UI/UX principles

• Healthcare software development experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Experience with analytics platforms and product management tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on user needs
• Collaborative approach with excellent leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to change and quick learning
• Strong prioritisation skills with understanding of business goals
