Deine Aufgaben

Du willst mehr als nur Tickets abarbeiten? Du willst Verantwortung, technische Tiefe und echte Teamarbeit? Willkommen bei uns Wir suchen Dich als Client Solutions Specialist (all genders) , der/die mit Know-how, Neugier und Spaß an der Sache unsere Clients (Win10/11) betreut.

  • Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle im 2nd Level Support für unsere Windows Clients, analytisch, lösungsorientiert und immer freundlich.
  • Du übernimmst die Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung bei Client-Themen, fachlich stark, kein Anwendungssupport.
  • Remotesupport? Absolut. Du hilfst Nutzern mit gängigen Tools weiter, ob per Telefon, Remote oder Ticketsystem.
  • Du installierst Software oder via Softwareverteilung und konfigurierst unsere Clients bedarfsgerecht.
  • Du verwaltest unsere Mobile Device Management Plattform, smart, sicher und benutzerfreundlich.
  • Active Directory ist dein Spielplatz: Nutzerverwaltung, Gruppen, GPOs, ADMX-Vorlagen.
  • Du kennst dich mit dem Registrierungseditor aus und findest auch in komplexen Fällen saubere Lösungen, immer BSI-konform.
  • Du supportest Office-Produkte inkl. Makrosignierungen, Troubleshooting und Konfigs.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Herstellersupport und anderen IT-Teams zusammen.
  • Du dokumentierst Prozesse, entwickelst diese weiter und bringst frischen Input mit ein.
  • Optional: Du bringst dich im Bereich Paketierung, Scripting (z. B. PowerShell) und Softwareverteilung ein? Großartig

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundiertes, breites IT-Know-how, du verstehst Systeme ganzheitlich.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse rund um Windows Clients, Microsoft BackOffice Produkte und Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Du bist fit in Active Directory, GPOs, Clientdesign und Registry-Tweaks.
  • Du liebst analytisches Arbeiten und findest auch bei komplexen Hard- und Softwareproblemen clevere Lösungen.
  • Kundenfokus ist für Dich kein Buzzword. Du denkst mit, bringst Vorschläge ein und bleibst auch bei Stress freundlich.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und telefonischem Support.
  • ITIL-Kenntnisse? Nice to have, aber kein Muss.
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist flexibel und belastbar und dabei absolut zuverlässig.
  • Grundlegende Intune-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) runden Dein Profil ab.
