To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated junior to mid-level Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (m/f/x), full-time for our Finance team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

What you will contribute:

  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, along with high-impact presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs), integrating them into existing frameworks to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Actively support our budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance against set targets, identifying variances and providing clear, actionable explanations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Supply Chain, and others - to deliver in-depth analyses, insights, and strategic recommendations that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, valuation, and performance tracking of key assets (e.g. days in stock, renting yield, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual asset performance reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management and Operations teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions used in asset models.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or a finance/data-related role, ideally with exposure to asset-intensive industries (e.g., real estate, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, and intermediate to advanced experience with SQL. Working knowledge of PowerBi & Tableau are a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • C1+ English skills. B2+ German is a plus.
