We're looking for a
Financial Analyst
to join our growing team — someone who's analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to help shape financial decisions that drive company growth.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in analyzing financial performance, forecasting results, and supporting business planning. You'll collaborate with senior management, operations, and finance teams to provide insights that improve profitability and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and key financial metrics
  • Support business planning and strategy with data-driven insights
  • Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business performance
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, Economics
    , or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
    and familiarity with
    Power BI
    ,
    Tableau
    , or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of
    financial statements
    and
    business performance metrics
  • Experience with SQL
    or
    Python
    (a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
