UI Designer

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to shape the visual identity of our software – from dashboards to new features and entire modules.
• Translate UX requirements into functional, elegant designs that are as meaningful as they are beautiful.
• Maintain and evolve our Figma Design System, including style guides and component libraries, ensuring visual consistency across the product.
• Bring ideas to life through mockups, prototypes, and interactive concepts, making your designs tangible for teams and stakeholders.
• Partner closely with developers to balance creativity with technical feasibility and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Occasionally contribute to marketing visuals or web design, helping to maintain a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.

• Several years of experience in UI design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong command of Figma – you're confident working with components, libraries, and design systems
• A solid grasp of UX and visual hierarchy – you understand how users think and why layouts work
• Detail-oriented yet pragmatic – you know when something is ready and when it needs another round of polish
• A sense for technical feasibility and comfortable collaboration with developers
• Communicative, open, and collaborative – you enjoy exchanging ideas within teams and with clients
• Curious and proactive – you explore new tools, follow design trends, and keep learning as part of your process
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus

Our recruiting process:

• A 30-minute video call with our recruiting.
• A 60-minute technical video call with a teammate and your future team lead.
• Depending on the position, a technical task including a joint discussion of the solutions.
• A visit to the Userlike office (optional) to get an impression of how it feels to work at Userlike.
• A final contract meeting.
