What You'll Be Working On

At Lime Connect, we build a B2B platform that simplifies complex workflows and makes everyday tasks enjoyable for our users. We believe great design doesn't need to shout – it just needs to be clear, consistent, and well thought out. If you see design as both craft and mindset, feel at home in Figma, and enjoy creating systems that grow with a product, you'll fit right in.

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to shape the visual identity of our software – from dashboards to new features and entire modules.
  • You translate UX requirements into functional, visually coherent designs that convey precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain and evolve our Figma Design System, including style guides and component libraries, ensuring visual consistency across the product.
  • Bring ideas to life through mockups, prototypes, and interactive concepts, making your designs tangible for teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with developers to balance creativity with technical feasibility and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Occasionally contribute to marketing visuals or web design, helping to maintain a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.


What Makes You a Fit
  • Several years of experience in UI & UX design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong command of Figma – you're confident working with components, libraries, and design systems
  • A solid grasp of UX and visual hierarchy – you understand how users think and why layouts work
  • Detail-oriented yet pragmatic – you know when something is ready and when it needs another round of polish
  • A sense for technical feasibility and comfortable collaboration with developers
  • Communicative, open, and collaborative – you enjoy exchanging ideas within teams and with clients
  • Curious and proactive – you explore new tools, follow design trends, and keep learning as part of your process
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus

Our recruiting process:
  • A 30-minute video call with our recruiting.
  • A 60-minute technical video call with a teammate and your future team lead.
  • Depending on the position, a technical task including a joint discussion of the solutions.
  • A visit to the lime connect office (optional) to get an impression of how it feels to work at Userlike.
  • A final contract meeting.
On average, our entire recruiting process takes 20 working days and you will receive the offer digitally within 48 hours.
