Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Philippsburg suchen wir Dich als WMS / TMS Key User Logistics (m/w/d).

Als WMS / TMS Key User bist Du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die IT-Prozesse an unserem Standort. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme reibungslos laufen, arbeitest aktiv an Prozessoptimierungen und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Teams, zentraler IT und externen Dienstleistern. Dabei bringst Du nicht nur technische Expertise, sondern auch kommunikatives Geschick und eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität mit.

WAS ERWARTET DICH?
  • Verantwortung für die Funktionalität aller IT-gestützten Logistikprozesse (WMS / TMS)
  • Leitung bei Implementierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen
  • Koordination mit der zentralen IT und Kunden bei Change-Requests
  • Unterstützung im Störfall als Single Point of Contact
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister vor Ort
  • Erstellung von Testplänen, Durchführung von Abnahmetests
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Dashboards, Reports und Systemdokumentation
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung der Unterlagen
  • Mitarbeit an Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
WAS BRINGST DU MIT ?
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-, kaufmännischen oder logistischen Bereich (ein Studium ist ein Plus)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel), Basiskenntnisse in SQL und AS400
  • Erfahrung mit Lagerprozessen und -systemen sowie im Incident Management (z. B. ITIL)
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Belastbarkeit, Reise- und Rufbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch von Vorteil)
  • Optional: Prince2-Zertifizierung und Erfahrung mit SAP Business Objects
