Deine Aufgaben

  • Automatisierung & Prozessoptimierung
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Workflow-Automatisierungen mit n8n
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Integrationen zwischen verschiedenen Tools und Systemen (CRM, ERP, Buchhaltung, Marketing-Tools, etc.)
  • Technische Umsetzung
  • Containerisierung von Anwendungen mit Docker
  • Entwicklung von Custom-Lösungen mit , PHP oder anderen geeigneten Technologien
  • Anbindung von APIs und Webhooks
  • Erstellung von Skripten zur Prozessautomatisierung
  • Beratung & Support
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen, Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Dokumentation der implementierten Lösungen

Dein Profil

Must-have

  • Erfahrung mit n8n oder vergleichbaren Workflow-Automatisierungstools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Docker und Containerisierung
  • Programmierkenntnisse in und/oder PHP
  • Verständnis für APIs, Webhooks und Datenintegration

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung mit Git/Versionskontrolle
  • Kenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder anderen Skriptsprachen
  • Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • DevOps-Kenntnisse (CI/CD)
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Security
  • Pragmatischer Ansatz: "Quick & Dirty" ist manchmal besser als perfekt
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Begeisterung für Effizienzsteigerung
