We are a global brand design agency with expertise across Brand Strategy, Brand Design Systems, Brand Engagement and Brand Effectiveness. We work for clients such as NASA Artemis, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Mastercard, Intel, HSBC, Tencent, Twitch, Heineken, Reckitt and BBC.

We are immediately seeking a Director Packaging Design (m/f/d) for our Berlin office.

About the Role

Is your heart set on design and aesthetics, and do you know packaging design like the back of your hand? Have you already gained several years of experience in a design agency environment, focused on packaging and have you led small teams, managed large clients and have a creative vision for innovative and brand-defining packaging solutions? Then we should get to know each other

• Responsible for the strategic direction of a newly established packaging design team and operational management of clients as well as ongoing projects
• Close collaboration with management, client service management, product management and other departments, also internationally
• Development of distinctive, compelling and creative packaging solutions that make the difference for our clients
• Leading the creative process from concept to execution while ensuring that design projects meet the highest standards
• Incorporating your own experience from different disciplines and enjoying the freedom to implement your own visions
• Strong conceptual skills, familiarity with design testing and market trends
• Eager to build your own team at Design Bridge with a focus on packaging

About You

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience with focus on packaging design and experience in the implementation of first-class packaging design projects
• Native german speaker as well as fluent in english
• Enthusiastic about great design as well as strategically thinking
• Exceptional communication skills, a reliable partner for our clients and very experienced in client management
• Enjoy passing on your knowledge to your team and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environmen to build your own team with us
• Awards are a plus
