We specialize in providing structured learning experiences paired with hands-on practice, tailored to meet the evolving needs of professionals across industries.

Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver our training courses in Barcelona.

This is a temporary, on-site role ideally suited for professionals with a background in H.R, Management,
Artificial Intelligence,
or corporate training.

The selected trainer will be responsible for leading engaging sessions, facilitating interactive discussions, providing participant feedback, and ensuring that course objectives are clearly met. You will also be expected to adapt content delivery to suit various learning styles and maintain a high standard of instructional quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess participants' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
  • Tailor delivery methods to suit a diverse group of professional learners.
  • Ensure participant engagement and learning outcomes are achieved.
  • Coordinate with
    INFORMATECH's
    program team to report progress and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of H.R , Management principles, and professional communication.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to suit different professional backgrounds and learning needs.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence Applications is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
