Creative Campaign Manager Brand- und Performance-Marketing

Das macht deine Rolle Creative Campaign Manager Brand- und Performance-Marketing (m/w/d) als aus:

  • Du konzipierst Kommunikationsstrategien für Online- und Brand- Kampagnen und berücksichtigst dabei die jeweiligen Kanalanforderungen sowie die entsprechenden Ziele und Zielgruppen
  • Du entwickelst und setzt Contentideen gemäß Corporate Design für verschiedene Maßnahmen um z. B. Display, Social Media, Magazin, etc.
  • Du entwickelst kontinuierlich die Kommunikationsstrategie sowie Content-Assets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Channel Manager:innen sowie unserem Head of Content weiter
  • Du behältst den Überblick über die verschiedenen Maßnahmen in den Kanälen bzw. Kampagnen und steuerst die dazugehörigen Dienstleister
  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung in Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung für den Marketingprozess und nutzt dafür fundierte Methoden
  • Du überwachst alle Maßnahmen kontinuierlich, erstellst Reportings und leitest eigenverantwortlich Optimierungen ab

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Medien-, Grafikdesign, Marketing sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation und Marketing
  • Offenheit, Innovationsfreude, Umgang mit neuen Tools und Trends
  • Hohe Affinität für digitale und klassische Medien sowie technische Themen, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite, inklusive Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Videoschnitt, etc.
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick, Treiber:in für Veränderung und die Fähigkeit, Ideen schnell in die Praxis umzusetzen.
