Als Head of Guest Experience (m/w/d) wirst du bei uns zur treibenden Kraft dafür, wie unsere Gäste L'Osteria erleben – heute, morgen und weit darüber hinaus. Du kombinierst operatives Verständnis, Prozessarchitektur, digitales Know-how und Serviceleidenschaft zu einem einzigartigen Gesamterlebnis. Du sorgst dafür, dass Tools, Abläufe, Teams und Standards so harmonisch zusammenspielen wie ein perfekt eingespieltes Küchenteam und dass jede Gästereise, von der ersten Interaktion bis zum Verlassen des Restaurants, unvergesslich wird.

Das wird Dir bei uns schmecken:

  • Du entwickelst unsere Guest Journey kontinuierlich weiter, definierst Service- und Qualitätsstandards und stellst sicher, dass sich jeder Besuch in der L'Osteria besonders anfühlt
  • Als Leader stärkst du ein fünfköpfiges Team aus Projektleiter:innen und Spezialist:innen, setzt klare Prioritäten und schaffst den Rahmen, in dem echte Exzellenz möglich ist
  • Ob Warenwirtschaft, Personaleinsatzplanung oder neue Technologien für den Service du machst unsere Systeme schneller, smarter und zukunftsfähig
  • Du optimierst Abläufe, schaffst Klarheit und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Schritt im Restaurant sitzt – für perfekte Qualität in allen Standorten
  • Du erkennst Muster, leitest Maßnahmen ab und bringst damit unsere Guest Experience und unseren operativen Standard auf das nächste Level
  • Von der Küchenplanung bis zum Go-Live verbindest du Operations, IT, Construction, HR und Finance – damit jeder neue Standort ein voller Erfolg wird

Damit bringst Du uns auf den Geschmack:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Hospitality Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Guest Experience, Operations, Projektmanagement oder Prozessentwicklung – idealerweise in der Systemgastronomie, Hospitality oder im Retail
  • Führungserfahrung – du weißt, wie man Teams aufbaut, motiviert und zu Spitzenleistungen führt
  • Analytisches Denken & Hands-on-Mentalität – du denkst strukturiert, entscheidest schnell und packst selbst mit an
  • Kommunikations- & Vermittlungsstärke – du schaffst Klarheit, holst Menschen ab und erklärst Komplexes nachvollziehbar
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
