Werde Teil unseres HR Partner Teams - einem schnell wachsenden, dynamischen und zentralen Bereich bei Tesla. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team erhältst du die einzigartige Gelegenheit, unsere Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und zu verbessern und dies nicht nur innerhalb der Abteilung, sondern für die gesamte Organisation.

Darüber hinaus wirst du beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender unterstützen und dich an zusätzlichen Projektarbeiten beteiligen. Besonders wichtig ist deine Unterstützung im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld unserer HR Partner sowie das Kennenlernen der HR-Prozesse. Bei Bedarf erstellst du zudem Inhalte und Unterlagen für Meetings und Workshops.

What You'll Do

  • Kennenlernen und Mitwirken an HR-Prozessen und -Strukturen in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Durchführung von Onboarding-Sessions
  • Einblicke ins Stakeholder Management und Aufbau langfristiger interner Beziehungen über verschiedene Abteilungen hinweg
  • Verständnis für die verschiedenen HR-Rollen und deren Zusammenarbeit entwickeln
  • Unterstützung der HR Partner bei der Beantwortung von Mitarbeiteranfragen
  • Erstellung von Inhalten und Unterlagen für Meetings und Workshops
  • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung und Wissensaufbau im Bereich HR

What You'll Bring

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
  • Eingeschrieben bei einer Uni oder Hochschule mit einem relevanten Studiengang, z. B. Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Personalmanagement o. Ä.
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen, sich schnell verändernden Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, den Überblick zu behalten und Prozesse zu optimieren
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
