We are looking for an experienced Staff/Lead HR Partner supporting high volume production teams, who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organisational scalability in pursuit of the Tesla mission. **What You'll Do**

The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and support to a team of HR Professionals and to a variety of businesses and teams in the production environment. You will ensure you build and lead a high performing team and align the actions with the business strategy. You will communicate on a regular basis with the Leadership Team, ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with legislative and audit requirements; however, you will also ensure we do not do stupid corporate things You will collaborate with local management, key stakeholders, and People COEs (Recruitment, Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Employee Relations, People Development, Learning, etc.), ensuring we bring in great talent, grow and develop key talent, proactively support performance improvements, and focus on people succession and the growth of teams and individuals.
- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities to drive high performance and growth
- Understand business needs, setting team goals, objectives, and performance metrics aligned with organisational priorities
- Drive the local implementation of key initiatives in line with the broader HR strategy and business requirements
- Coach and develop local leadership, building their capabilities and supporting their ongoing growth
- Facilitate engagement survey sessions, collaborating with management on action planning and ensuring accountability for progress
- Partner with leadership to enhance culture, focusing on workforce sustainability, health, and well-being
- Provide advice on local labour law and support leaders in conflict resolution and grievance handling, working with Employee Relations and Employment Counsel

**What You'll Bring**
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or Team Management, with a very good track record in a production environment or similar, in a fast-paced company
- Excellent data analysis skills, preparation and analysis of KPIs and HR data to report to Leadership on a regular basis
- Proficient working knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
- Proven track record of positively influencing teams, able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
- Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid, and constantly changing company
