Ihre Rolle

Als Commercial Manager / Head of Sales (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei Mayer Feintechnik in Göttingen und somit in der Andra Tech Group. Sie verantworten Vertrieb, Umsatzwachstum, Margensteigerung und Profitabilität und gestalten als Mitglied des Managementteams die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.

Sie leiten das Vertriebsteam mit aktuell 4 Mitarbeitenden und berichten direkt an den Managing Director von Mayer Feintechnik. Darüber hinaus treiben Sie die erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI – New Product Introduction) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Entwicklung, Produktion und weiteren Gesellschaften der Gruppe voran.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Key Accounts in nationalen und internationalen Märkten
  • Ergebnisverantwortung für Umsatz und Profitabilität mit klarem Fokus auf Marge
  • Führung des NPI-Bereichs und Koordination von Produkteinführungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien auf Management-Ebene
  • Reporting von Umsatz, Marge, Pipeline und Forecast an das Managementteam
  • Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Entscheider:innen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Zusätzlich: Unterstützung der gezielten Neukundengewinnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Business Development der Andra Tech Group

Ihr Skillset

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, in der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Präzisionstechnik, Metallverarbeitung oder Zulieferindustrie
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Kundenmanagement sowie in Umsatz- und Margensteigerung
  • Erfahrung mit NPI-Prozessen und in der Steuerung von Schnittstellen zwischen Kunden, Entwicklung, Produktion und Gruppengesellschaften
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke und strategische Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
