Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Contracts & Discounts Specialist (f/m/d) - DACH Region
to join our Sales Operations team at EssilorLuxottica. This role is essential for managing the full lifecycle of customer contracts and translating them into accurate discount structures within SAP. You will also be responsible for calculating customer bonuses and ensuring all administrative processes are aligned with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of customer contracts collection, validation, filing, and archiving.
- Translate contractual terms into SAP discount structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update discount conditions in SAP for the DACH region.
- Calculate customer bonuses based on contractual agreements and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Sales, Corporate
- Support automation initiatives and adapt quickly to new tools and workflows.
- Ensure documentation and processes are audit-ready and compliant with internal policies.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in back-office, administration, or sales support roles.
- Solid understanding of SAP, especially in discount and condition management.
- Experience with contract handling and bonus calculations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and ways of working.
- Experience in environments undergoing digital transformation or automation.
- Familiarity with business structures and commercial practices in Germany.
