Role Description

  • This is a full-time/permanent role for a German-speaking (
    minimum B2 level
    ) Pega BA or LBA based in Germany.
  • The role is
    mostly remote
    with some travel ( once a month) needed to Frankfurt area.
  • You will be working closely with Client business team, technical team and all other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • You are located in Germany.
  • Strong Business Analysis experience, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
  • At least 8 years of Project experience working in Enterprise applications.
  • Experience working in Pega projects as a BA or LBA
  • Pega
    CPBA or CSSA
    certification
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Fluency in German ( at least B2 level) and English is a must.
