Content Creator Specialist

Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available across Europe and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe – online and in over 250 stores. As a certified B Corp, we are committed to building a business with purpose. We're looking for a top-tier Content Creator Specialist with exceptional shooting and editing skills — someone who can independently create high-quality, high-performing social content from start to finish.

Content Creation & Production

• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit social-first video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Deliver high-quality, native-feeling content tailored to each platform
  
  Execute flawless iPhone shooting setups, including lighting, framing, and sound
• Create visually strong, trend-driven content that aligns with brand identity and performance goals
• Ensure fast turnaround while maintaining premium quality standards

Shooting & Technical Execution

• Master iPhone videography, lighting setups, and mobile production workflows
• Apply strong technical knowledge of composition, light, color, and sound
• (Plus) Shoot with professional camera equipment and accessories when needed.
• Adapt shooting styles to trends, formats, and storytelling needs

Editing & Post-Production

• Perform advanced video editing with clean, fast, and engaging cuts
• Apply sound design, subtitles, transitions, and effects optimized for social platforms
• Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across content
• Optimize content for performance, retention, and platform algorithms

• Proven experience as a high-level content creator (brand, media, or personal brand)
• Exceptional iPhone shooting skills (framing, light, movement, sound)

• Strong technical understanding of:

• Lighting setups

• Composition & framing
• Sound capture
• Mobile production workflows

• Advanced editing skills (fast, clean, platform-native editing)

• Ability to work fully independently

• Strong creative instincts + performance mindset
• English Speaker (bilingual preferred)
• Always trend-aware, culturally plugged in, and algorithm-smart
