Responsibilities
We are the Creators team for Germany (DACH), shaping how creators grow, earn, and build their careers on TikTok. Our focus is on developing high-quality content ecosystems, driving PGC maturity, and empowering creators to succeed through education, monetization programs, and strategic vertical work.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a passionate Creators Manager with a strong understanding of the creator landscape and creator economy in Germany. In this role, you will design and manage programs that drive creator growth, engagement, and product adoption on TikTok. The position sits at the intersection of culture, creator management, and product enablement, requiring the ability to translate platform strategy into meaningful local impact.
Responsibilities
Design and execute creator-focused programs to support the production of high-quality content, encourage product adoption, and strengthen creator engagement.
Identify growth opportunities across content verticals and collaborate with XFNal teams to co-create relevant campaigns and activations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies in Germany.
Adapt global programs and product initiatives into strategies tailored to the local creator community.
Monitor and analyze creator performance, product adoption, and program outcomes using KPIs; provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
Organize community-building initiatives such as webinars, live events, and meetups to foster belonging, collaboration, and motivation.
Partner with local teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact across key verticals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working with DACH-based creators and influencer agencies within the lifestyle, education, or entertainment sectors.
Demonstrated success, with a proven track record, in supporting creators' growth journey, for example by onboarding creator agencies, developing and executing education or monetization programs, or leading scalable community initiatives.
Strong understanding of the German creator economy, backed by tangible results in growing or professionalizing creator communities.
Fluent German to engage with market stakeholders + excellent communication skills in English as this is working language of the company
Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualification(s):
Experience launching and scaling creator programs in fast-paced environments.
Ability to work effectively across global teams and adapt to cross-functional collaboration.
Strong creative instincts with the ability to turn product goals into impactful, community-facing initiatives.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Background in German media or journalism is a plus.
