Als (Senior) P roduct Manager (d/w/m) bist Du ganz nah dran: Du entwickelst Produkte, die nicht nur gut gedacht, sondern auch gut gemacht sind – und die unseren Kund:innen den Rücken freihalten, damit sie sich auf das konzentrieren können, was sie am besten können: großartige Gastgeber:innen sein und wirst so zur Stimme der Gastronomie in unserem Unternehmen.

In dieser Rolle erwarten dich u.a. folgende Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Kommunikation einer Produktvision, die Unternehmensziele und Marktanforderungen vereint – u. a. für Displays, Küchenmonitore, Gästedatenbanken, Multi-Location-Management und Treueprogramme
  • Sicherstellen, dass Produktentscheidungen strategischen Zielen entsprechen und messbaren Mehrwert liefern
  • Verantwortung für die Produkt-Roadmap mit Balance aus kurzfristigen Zielen und langfristiger Vision
  • Definition des MVPs, um Geschäfts- und Nutzer Ziele effizient zu erreichen
  • Klare Priorisierung und transparente Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Nutzerforschung, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung
  • Validierung der wirtschaftlichen Machbarkeit und Marktakzeptanz neuer Features
  • Festlegen und Überwachen zentraler Erfolgskennzahlen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit UX-Design für intuitive Nutzer Erlebnisse
Wonach wir suchen
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager im B2B oder SaaS-Umfeld
  • Starke Kommunikationsskills: Deutsch fließend und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Exzellentes Projektmanagement und Erfahrung mit komplexen Vorhaben
  • Unternehmerisches Denken & proaktive Lösungsfindung
  • Kenntnisse in Scrum, Figma, BI tools, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence
  • Blick fürs Detail, ohne das große Ganze aus den Augen zu verlieren
  • Verständnis der Payment-Branche, relevanter Akteure, Technologien & Trends
