Deine Mission

Du denkst in Geschichten und verstehst es, Inhalte durch Animationen klar, emotional und markenkonform zu vermitteln. Dabei erstellst du kurze, aufmerksamkeitsstarke Videoanzeigen (6–15 Sek) für Meta und YouTube und bringst kreative Ideen schnell auf den Punkt. Mit deinem gestalterischen Gespür für Typografie, Bewegung, Rhythmus und Musik machst du unsere Botschaften sichtbar und erlebbar.
Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du zudem das visuelle Branding von SMARTBROKER+ weiter und sorgst für konsistente, hochwertige Bewegtbildinhalte. Kreativität, Teamgeist und Offenheit für Feedback treiben dich an – und wenn du dich zusätzlich mit Social Media Content, UX/UI-Animationen oder Scripting auskennst, ist das ein echtes Plus.

Über die Smartbroker GruppeDein Profil
  • Erfahrung mit Motion-Design-Software wie Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (ggf. auch Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Gestalterisches Gespür für Typografie, Bewegung, Rhytmus, Design und Musik.
  • Storytelling-Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, Inhalte durch Animationen klar und spannend zu kommunizieren.
  • Verständnis für Markenidentität und Corporate Design zur Umsetzung konsistenter Bewegtbildinhalte.

    Pluspunkte für:
  • Erfahrung mit UX/UI Animationen, Social Media Content, 3D-Animationen.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Scripting (z. B. Expressions in After Effects).
  • Vertrautheit mit aktuellen Trends im Bewegtbildbereich.
