Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung: Sie leiten Ihr Team nicht nur fachlich, sondern etablieren eine "Culture of Assurance", in der Qualität von Anfang an mitgedacht wird.
  • Active Assurance: Sie definieren Standards, die sicherstellen, dass Qualitätsziele nicht nur geprüft, sondern durch robuste Prozesse garantiert werden.
  • Prävention: Durch vorausschauende Risikoanalysen erkennen Sie Engpässe frühzeitig und steuern effektiv gegen.
  • Schnittstelle: Sie agieren als Qualitäts-Advokat in enger Abstimmung mit Softwareentwicklung und Produktmanagement.
  • Optimierung: Auf Basis von Qualitätsdaten-Analysen treiben Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesslandschaft voran.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Background: Abgeschlossenes Studium (IT/Ingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der Software-QS inklusive Führungserfahrung. Branchenkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen sind ein starkes Plus.
  • Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen QA-Standards und Methodenkompetenz in komplexen IT-Projekten.
  • Persönlichkeit: Analytischer Weitblick gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungskraft.
  • Sprache: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch.
