- CRM Expert: You'll create engaging marketing copy for our own push media, including the app, email and other messaging platforms.
- Social Media Rockstar: You'll grow and elevate our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) in close collaboration with the content team.
- Trend Scout: You'll track down the latest trends in social media and the travel/lifestyle world, bringing in creative ideas that will excite our target audience.
- Community Manager: You'll interact with our community, connect with other accounts, and manage creator collaborations with the marketing team.
- Data Guru: You'll analyze your channel's performance and figure out what's working and where things can be improved.
- Team Player: You'll work closely with the other departments like Content and Growth Marketing to increase the Italian market performance.
- Initial professional experience in CRM and Social Media.
- You can get content to the point quickly and precisely.
- You work independently and bring a high degree of flexibility.
- Confident demeanor, enjoyment of teamwork, and strong communication skills.
- Pronounced hands-on mentality and very good self-organization.
- Excellent Italian language skills (native speaker level) and very good English language skills are required.
- You're a passionate explorer and feel at home in the tourism industry.
