Ihre Aufgaben auf einen Blick


• Entwicklung & Umsetzung innovativer Customer Experience Strategien.

• Analyse und Optimierung der Customer Journey & Touchpoints.

• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Marketing, Vertrieb und Service.

• Aufbau & Steuerung von Feedback-Prozessen – kanalübergreifend & datenbasiert.

• Präsentation relevanter Insights und Empfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung.



Ihr Profil – warum gerade Sie zu dieser Aufgabe passen


• Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Experience, Service Design, Marketing oder CRM.

• Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse.

• Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Struktur & Lust auf neue Wege.

• Technisches Verständnis für digitale Tools, Daten & Prozesse.

• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CX-/CRM-Tools (z. B. HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualtrics).
