Deine Aufgaben

Für unser Berliner Team suchen wir eine:n Engineering Manager - Product Engineering (w/m/d), der:die Lust hat, mit uns Hausverwaltung neu zu denken und echte Veränderungen mitzugestalten.

  • Du arbeitest in einem kleinen, erfahrenen Team um erste Projekte anzustoßen und prägst unsere Engineering- & Product-Cultur mit
  • Du analysierst komplexe Probleme aus User-Research und operativen Prozessen und entwickelst adaptive, automatisierte Lösungen
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Product Lifecycle – vom schnellen Prototyp bis zur skalierfähigen Architektur
  • Du bringst Skills aus Software Engineering, Product Management und Design situationsgerecht in die Projekte ein
Dein Profil
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest detailgenau, empathisch und lösungsorientiert, mit Gespür für Nutzer:innen und Technologie
  • Erfahrung: 6+ Jahre im Software-Engineering, stark im Umgang mit Unsicherheit & komplexen Projekten
  • Know-how: Ausgeprägtes Product-Mindset, solides Verständnis von LLMs, RAG & AI-Trends
  • Tech Stack: Fit in mindestens einer Programmiersprache & Erfahrung im Web-Tech-Stack (z. B. Python, SQL)
