Role Overview:

The Engineering Manager - AI Platform will play a hands-on role in shaping the core architecture and delivery of large-scale AI systems, driving technical excellence and innovation across a platform used by global enterprises.

  • Strategic yet hands-on: capable of setting direction while engaging deeply with teams.
  • Strong communicator who leads with clarity, empathy, and integrity.
  • Pragmatic, fearless, and focused on delivering results at speed.
