Auf dieser Basis erwerben wir profitable Steuerberatungskanzleien in ganz Deutschland, professionalisieren ihre Organisation und statten sie mit moderner Technologie sowie zentralen Services aus. Das Ziel: Beratung wie sie sein muss.

Ein zentraler Hebel dafür ist Talent: Die richtigen Steuerfachangestellten, Steuerberaterinnen und Auszubildenden. Deshalb holen wir jetzt eine Person ins Team, die gemeinsam mit uns einen starken Recruiting und People Ops Maschinenraum aufbaut.

Deine Rolle

Als Lead Talent Acquisition and People Operations baust du gemeinsam mit den Gründern unseren gesamten Recruiting und People Ops Bereich auf. Du entwickelst die Recruiting Strategie für alle limetax Kanzleien, setzt einen skalierbaren Hiring Funnel auf, positionierst limetax als attraktiven Arbeitgeber und legst die Basis für moderne People Ops Prozesse in Holding und Kanzleien.

Deine Aufgaben

Recruiting und Funnelaufbau

  • Aufbau eines wiederholbaren Recruiting Prozesses für verschiedene Rollenprofile in der Steuerberatung
  • Auswahl und Einführung eines passenden ATS, Definition der Prozessschritte, Vorlagen und KPIs
  • Erstellung von ansprechenden Stellenanzeigen und Profilen, die in der Zielgruppe funktionieren
  • Active Sourcing über LinkedIn, Netzwerke und spezialisierte Plattformen
  • Strukturierung des Auswahlprozesses inklusive Screening, Erstgesprächen, Case Formaten und Referenzchecks
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kanzleileitungen zur passgenauen Auswahl und Priorisierung von Hires

Employer Branding

  • Entwicklung einer klaren Arbeitgeberpositionierung für limetax und die Kanzleien
  • Konzeption einer überzeugenden Karrierepage und Landingpages für konkrete Rollen

People Operations

  • Aufbau eines sauberen Onboarding Frameworks für neue Mitarbeitende in Holding und Kanzleien
  • Mitarbeit an standardisierten Rollen und Karrierestufen für wiederkehrende Profile
  • Mitgestaltung einfacher HR Policies und Guidelines, die zur limetax Kultur passen

Dein Profil

  • mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition, idealerweise in einem wachsenden Unternehmen oder Startup
  • nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau oder deutlichen Ausbau eines strukturierten Recruiting Funnels
  • sicherer Umgang mit modernen Recruiting Kanälen und Tools, inklusive Active Sourcing und ATS
  • erste bis solide Erfahrung im Bereich People Operations, etwa Onboarding, HR Prozesse und Policies
  • sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis
  • starke Kommunikationsskills, sowohl mit Kandidaten als auch mit Kanzleipartnern und Geschäftsführung
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gutes Englisch

  • Erfahrung im Steuer, Legal oder Professional Services Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit dezentralen Organisationen oder Plattformmodellen wie einer Holding
