About Clera:

Clera is a fast-growing AI start-up that is rethinking the way how top talents find their next dream jobs. We are working with some of the leading start-ups like Mintlify, Luminai and Windsurf, many in AI, all VC-backed. We just raised our big pre-seed and are growing as quickly as possible.

We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired. By automating and optimizing processes within the $600B global headhunting industry, we aim to dramatically enhance outcomes for both candidates and companies. We're at a pivotal moment—right before liftoff. Early enough that you'll get meaningful ownership. Far enough that we've got a product, paying customers, and a team of A-players.

Your Mission:

We're experiencing rapid growth, with hundreds of exceptional candidates approaching us daily. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these candidates enjoy an exceptional journey, connecting them to career-defining opportunities at some of the most elite startups globally. This is a mission-critical role.

As Founder Associate Intern, you'll directly impact our mission to make Clera the go-to platform for both ambitious talent seeking remarkable opportunities and leading companies hiring exceptional candidates. We're looking for ambitious, driven overachievers ready to take ownership, drive initiatives, and shape the future of talent acquisition.
