In this role you will support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product Management for the Cell and Gene Therapies Technologies (C>) portfolio. The role provides actionable insights derived from commercial, market, and competitive data to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance.Your Assignments: Analyse internal data sources (e.g. Salesforce, sales metrics, CRM inputs) and external information (market trends, competitor intelligence, industry reports) to identify opportunities and support business decisionsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide commercial strategy, business cases, and product initiativesDevelop dashboards and automated reports to track key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline progression, and sales cycle trendsContinuously monitor the global CGT market landscape, including new technologies, therapeutic developments, company activity, regulatory changes, and investment trendsSupport product management with customer feedback analysis, market data, and product performance evaluationContribute to business development initiatives through market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and financial KPI modelling (e.g. NPV, IRR, payback)Maintain and update business cases for the product portfolioPrepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to commercial and cross-functional leadershipCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development teams to align data insights with strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy management systemsYour Profile:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Life Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferredStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytical or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Python, R) is an advantageExposure to the medical device, bioprocessing, or life sciences industriesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into insights for non-technical audiencesHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIndependent, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and curiosityFluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are an asset
