Together, we prepare both individual and consolidated annual financial statements for the IAV Group, ensuring that all legal compliance requirements are met.

Your Tasks:
  • You will actively support the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • You will take responsibility for individual balance sheet items and the overall accounting support of individual German subsidiaries.
  • You will analyse special topics relevant to accounting and independently lead projects to improve financial processes.
  • You will contribute to the optimisation of the record-to-report process and implement efficient solutions.
  • You will support annual financial statements and tax audits.
  • You will continuously evaluate legal, organisational and strategic framework conditions and ensure their effective implementation.
  • You will act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders, thus forming the interface to other departments. 
Necessary Skills:
  • Completed training as an accountant or a comparable degree with a focus on accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge and confidence in closing accounts in accordance with HGB and IFRS
  • Confident use of SAP FI and knowledge of MM and other modules
  • Proficient in Excel and strong abstract thinking skills
  • You regularly reflect on the meaning and necessity of your work
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B1 level
Gewünschte Kenntnisse:
  • You are curious and enjoy continuously learning new things.
  • Experience with S/4 Hana.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work.
