  • Supervise QA/QC personnel and contractors engaged in on-site quality activities.
  • Incorporate lessons learned from previous European projects to refine processes and prevent recurring issues.

Site Inspections & Compliance

  • Review and validate MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and CSA (civil, structural, architectural) works for compliance with technical specifications.
  • Ensure all inspection and testing records are properly documented, traceable, and compliant with CloudHQ procedures.

Coordination & Engagement

  • Provide technical support and training to contractor teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and CloudHQ specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with QAQC teams across Europe to share updates, initiatives, and lessons learned.

Quality Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing inspection findings, corrective actions, KPIs, and trends.
  • Manage complete QAQC documentation, including test results, non-conformance reports, and quality audit records.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze performance data and inspection outcomes to identify improvement areas and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA/QC procedures and tools used across European sites.
  • Support consistent implementation of inspection methodologies across all German data centre projects.

Commissioning Support

  • Collaborate with commissioning teams to verify readiness and ensure installations meet operational standards for handover.

Team Leadership & Travel

  • Maintain an active presence at construction sites within Germany, with occasional travel to other European projects when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

  • Experience conducting detailed inspections and managing systematic testing procedures.

  • Deep understanding of German construction codes, standards, permitting, health & safety, and EU building regulations.
  • Ability to ensure local and regional compliance with CloudHQ's QA/QC systems and operational standards.

Project Management

  • Proven experience overseeing QAQC programs on large, multi-stakeholder construction projects.
  • Competency in balancing stringent quality requirements with schedule and budget goals.
  • Skilled in QAQC tracking and project management software tools.

Communication & Problem-Solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, meetings, and technical correspondence.
