Wir suchen eine praxisorientierte und erfahrene Kommunikationsexpertin / einen Kommunikationsexperten
, die/der Verantwortung übernehmen und die Kommunikation des InsurTech Hub Munich aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

In dieser Rolle bringst Du Menschen zusammen – von Startups bis zu Konzernvorständen – und entwickelst Formate, die echten Mehrwert schaffen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Leadership-Team zusammen, erhältst Zugang zu Entscheidungsträger:innen aus der Versicherungs- und Innovationswelt und baust ein starkes berufliches Netzwerk auf. Diese Position ist ideal für alle, die sich in Richtung strategische Kommunikation, Ecosystem-Building oder Programmentwicklung weiterentwickeln möchten.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

Community Building & Kommunikation

  • Aktiver Austausch mit unserer Community über Social Media, Newsletter und Events
  • Teilen relevanter Inhalte und Stärkung unserer Sichtbarkeit im Ökosystem

Inhalte & Außenwirkung

  • Entwicklung zielgerichteter Inhalte für verschiedene Kanäle – von Canva-Visuals bis LinkedIn-Beiträge
  • Unterstützung beim strategischen Ausbau unserer Kommunikationsstrategie

Eventmanagement & Programmgestaltung

  • Konzeption und operative Umsetzung hochwertiger Veranstaltungsformate – von Networking-Abenden bis zu Podcasts – gemeinsam mit unserer Head of Events
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern und Partnern, Einladungsmanagement, Logistik und Durchführung

Eigenverantwortung & Struktur

  • Planung, Organisation und Steuerung von Projekten inklusive Budget- und Zeitmanagement
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Team zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung aller Vorhaben

Was Du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Kommunikation und Community Management
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist umsetzungsstark, zuverlässig und packst gerne an
  • Strukturiert und lösungsorientiert: Du behältst auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick
  • Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung: Du suchst den Austausch mit Entscheidungsträger:innen und willst dein Netzwerk gezielt ausbauen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Innovations- und/oder Versicherungsumfeld, z. B. in Startups, FinTechs, Hubs oder Agenturen
