Team Lead Data & AI - In-house Consulting - Global Industrial Leader

Location: Munich

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing Data Science & Data Engineering team
    driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define and execute strategies for impactful Data & AI solutions delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
    across multiple business units in
    global function

  • Take ownership of your unit's performance, including P&L responsibility and resource utilization.
  • Contribute hands-on to projects, designing transformative data products and analytics capabilities.
  • Represent your team externally, speak at conferences, publish thought leadership, and strengthen the organization's Data & AI brand.

Your Profile

  • You combine
    strategic vision, leadership excellence, and technical expertise
    :
  • Several years of experience in
    data science, advanced analytics, or data engineering consulting.
  • Disciplinary, people leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Stakeholder management ability at operative level and up to C level.
  • German C2 or Native level.
  • Willingness to
    travel circa 20% and be present 3 days in local office.
