About The Role
As a
Client Executive
for New Business
,
you will lead and own sales initiatives to acquire new customers for Orange Business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing New Business opportunities on a global scale to drive revenue growth. Your expertise will help position Orange Business as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Develop Opportunities: Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through lead generation campaigns, networking, and market insights.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and craft compelling solutions.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Lead the creation of proposals, coordinate bid teams, and negotiate complex deals to secure business.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solution Experts, Consulting, Marketing, and Partner Teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in telecom, IT, or related industries
- High self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for closing deals
- Proven success in high-level corporate sales, especially Managed and/or Integration services
- Strong business acumen with a focus on digital transformation
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage at C-level and build long-term relationships
Preferred Attributes
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Skilled in solution design and value selling
- Familiarity with global compliance, procurement or supply chain processes
- Ability to work effectively across multicultural and virtual teams
