About the Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end creation of brand and campaign content for our work in the German market. You'll collaborate with local production partners to deliver high-quality assets across formats including TV commercials, digital video content, ambassador features, and storytelling for our charity partnerships.

You will serve as the primary production lead locally, ensuring all content is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on schedule. The role also involves coordinating on-set activity and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants involved in content creation.

This is a highly collaborative position that works closely with Creative, Brand, Social, Legal, and external agencies—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Production Oversight & Execution

• Manage the full production lifecycle for content in the German market—from pre-production through final delivery.
• Oversee shoots across multiple formats including TVC-style content, social video, ambassador features, and charity-related storytelling.
• Ensure all projects meet brand, timeline, and budget expectations while maintaining high production standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Social) to bring concepts to life effectively.
• Manage on-set logistics including locations, crew, schedules, and required permissions.

Participant & On-Screen Coordination

• Coordinate communication and logistics for presenters and other on-screen participants involved in content production.
• Ensure all participants are prepared, briefed, and supported throughout each production.
• Work with agencies and partners to source suitable on-camera contributors as needed.

External Production & Partner Management

• Serve as the main contact for local production partners, studios, post-production vendors, and other service providers.
• Collaborate with global production partners to align on processes and deliverables.
• Manage German-market adaptations such as voiceover, subtitling, or music licensing.

Budgeting & Resource Planning

• Own and manage production budgets—including negotiation, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resources without compromising quality.
• Oversee freelance staffing, equipment needs, location bookings, and post-production workflows.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with production colleagues in the UK and US to ensure consistency across markets while adapting content for German audiences.
• Partner with Legal, Brand, Marketing, and Social to ensure all content aligns with regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Provide regular updates on production progress and key milestones to senior stakeholders.

About You

• Extensive experience in production management for video content—ideally across branded content, commercials, and social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the German production landscape, including local workflows, partners, and regulatory considerations.
• Experienced in managing on-set environments, coordinating teams, and working with on-screen contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships confidently and effectively.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German with strong English communication skills.
