About The Role

As Production Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end execution of brand and campaign content in our German market. You'll work with local production partners to bring to life everything from TV commercials to winner films, ambassador shoots, charity reveals, and social-first storytelling.

You'll be the go-to production lead in Germany, ensuring everything we create is on-brand, on-budget, and delivered with excellence. You'll also manage our talent relationships on set (think presenters, influencers, ambassadors), while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a highly collaborative role working across Creative, Brand, Social, Legal, and external agencies and perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-moving world of content and production.

What You'll Be Doing

Production Oversight & Execution

• Lead the full production lifecycle for German content from pre-production through to post and delivery.
• Oversee shoots across formats: TVCs, hero films, digital spots, ambassador content, charity reveals, and winner stories.
• Ensure every project hits brand, timeline, and budget requirements while maintaining production quality.
• Drive creative execution by collaborating with our internal Brand, Social, and Creative teams.
• Handle on-the-ground production logistics including studios, crew, talent, locations, and permissions.

Talent & Presenter Coordination

• Manage relationships with German presenters, on-screen talent, and influencers from contracts to call sheets.
• Ensure talent is fully briefed and supported throughout shoots, with a top-tier experience on set.
• Coordinate with agencies and casting partners to identify and secure the right talent for each campaign.

External Production & Partner Management

• Act as the primary contact for German production partners, agencies, post-houses, and content vendors.
• Work closely with global partners like Transmission, Bowhill, and Two Speed, ensuring local coordination and delivery excellence.
• Liaise with creative agencies and freelancers managing German-specific content (e.g. voiceover, subtitling, music licensing).

Budgeting & Resource Planning

• Own production budgets in Germany from negotiation through to reconciliation.
• Track costs, allocate resources, and identify efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Plan and manage freelance needs, location bookings, props, equipment, and post-production.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Align with UK and US production teams to ensure global content consistency, while tailoring to the German audience.
• Partner with Legal, Brand, Marketing, and Social to ensure all content is compliant, compelling, and on-message.
• Regularly report on production status, challenges, and successes to senior stakeholders.

About You

• Extensive experience in video production management, ideally in branded content, TVCs, and social campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of German production ecosystems, agencies, talent laws, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of on-set dynamics from directing crew to managing high-profile talent.
• Confident managing budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations.
• Highly organized and calm under pressure you can juggle multiple shoots without dropping the ball.
• Fluent German speaker with strong English skills, and a knack for cross-cultural communication.
