This role can be located in any of our major locations in EMEA area.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Roll Workshop operations.
  • Collect and consolidate demand plans from sales areas and align them with operational capacity.
  • Analyze data, create scenarios, and estimate financial outcomes to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations and subcontractors to ensure capacity flexibility and resilience.
  • Develop and implement systematic S&OP processes, tools, and strategies for long-term success.

Expectations for you

  • You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant technical field.
  • You have 10+ years of experience in planning or similar roles like supply chain, operations or sales
  • You are fluent in English
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are also needed
  • You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to turn plans into actionable results.
  • Experience in order-to-delivery processes or operations planning is an advantage.
