Solution Owner – Mobile Application

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Owner – Mobile Application (m/f/d) to join the SunExpress ecommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and delivering the vision for our SunExpress Airlines mobile applications on iOS and Android, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and drive growth for our business.

Tasks

  • Understand customer needs and define strategy and solution goals
  • Create seamless, personalized digital journeys with a traveler-first mindset
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, tech, and business teams to develop impactful features
  • Own the backlog, write user stories, and ensure clarity for development teams
  • Use data, analytics, and research to guide solution and business decisions
  • Track KPIs and continuously optimize performance and customer engagement
  • Stay ahead of market and tech trends to align solutions with customer needs
  • Communicate progress and priorities, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new launches and continuous improvements

Requirements
As an experienced Solution Owner, we are looking for candidates who meet the following profile requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as Solution/Product Owner or Manager in digital or e-commerce
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methods and product lifecycle; experience in travel or aviation is a plus
  • Proven record in developing and launching successful digital products
  • Strategic thinker with strong prioritization and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communicator and team player in cross-functional setups
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with UX/UI, developers, and data experts
  • Familiar with design thinking, solution discovery, and delivery methods
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled in using insights to guide solutions
  • Basic understanding of development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, etc.)
  • Experienced with tools like CMS, Salesforce, Jira, Firebase, and Figma
