Wir suchen eine*n Crop Lead Corn (m/w/d) bei KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, um die globale Produktstrategie für Mais zu leiten und unser Wachstum voranzutreiben. In dieser spannenden Position priorisieren Sie die Produktentwicklung basierend auf Marktbedürfnissen, um den Wert des Maisportfolios zu maximieren. Dabei nutzen Sie unsere Züchtungspipeline, um Vertriebskanäle, Rentabilität und operative Effizienz zu stärken. Diese Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Produktstrategie im Einklang mit Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Übersetzung von Marktanforderungen in F&E-Prioritäten
  • Leitung des Portfoliomanagements über den gesamten Lebenszyklus: Positionierung, Produkteinführungen, Auslistungen und regionale Harmonisierung über Vertriebskanäle zur Maximierung des Züchtungspotenzials
  • Ausbau des Lizenzgeschäfts
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb & Marketing zur Erstellung starker Produktkonzepte und Wertschöpfungsstrategien
  • Entwicklung und Leitung der Corn Academy als Trainingsplattform zur Stärkung der Vertriebskompetenz
  • Digitalisierung vorantreiben und datenbasierte Tools für Produktbewertungen und Sortenentscheidungen zu entwickeln
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Heads of Regions bei kommerziellen Zielen (Mengen, Preispositionierung)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Business Development, F&E und Produktion zu Strategien bezüglich Produktentwicklung, Produzierbarkeiten und Marketingkampagnen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Pflanzenbau, Agrarökonomie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Saatgutindustrie
  • Starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Networking-Fähigkeiten
  • Solider kommerzieller Hintergrund (Vertrieb, Marketing, Portfolio- oder Produktmanagement)
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Nachweisliche Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger Strategien
  • Starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Networking-Fähigkeiten
  • Interkulturelle Erfahrung sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit praxisorientiertem Ansatz
