TASKS WITH IMPACT

YOUR MISSION: Shaping the AI Transformation at DOUGLAS

• You will lead and support the implementation of operational AI projects – from department-specific initiatives to company-wide transformation projects.
• As a strategic partner to our business units, you will translate business requirements into concrete AI use cases and ensure that the solutions deliver measurable value.
• You will manage the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives: from project planning and stakeholder management to piloting and successful integration into business processes.
• You will be responsible for managing the AI initiatives portfolio, maintaining a transparent, prioritized backlog, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• You will act as a bridge between business teams and technical units to ensure smooth execution and clear requirement definitions.
• You will empower our teams through training and coaching in AI, especially on topics such as prompting, responsible use, and new ways of working, in order to drive AI adoption throughout the company.
• You will develop and formalize workflows, playbooks, and guidelines to support the scaling of AI solutions across the organization, while staying up to date with the latest developments in AI and GenAI.

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we're looking for the following skills:

• A completed degree in business, data science, AI, or a related field.
• Ideally, you bring several years of relevant professional experience in AI-related roles such as AI program management or in applying AI within business functions.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional AI or digitalization projects is essential for this role.
• You have a business-oriented profile with a strong understanding of the technical background and the ability to act as a liaison between business and IT.
• You possess a deep understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, applications, and implementation patterns, including hands-on experience with prompting.
• You have experience in change management, workflow design, and business process transformation.
• You demonstrate a strong ability to coach teams, inspire enthusiasm for new technologies, and establish best practices for AI use.
