Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Data & Insights
(Teilzeit, bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche, befristet für die Dauer des Studiums) Schließe dich unserem Team an einem unserer Standorte in Berlin, Verl oder Baden-Baden an – flexible Arbeitsbedingungen verfügbar
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Prozessanalysen (z.B. User Journeys in unseren Kernprozessen mit Hilfe von Process Intelligence via Celonis)
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und (Celonis-) Dashboards zur datengetriebenen Entscheidungsfindung
- Mithilfe im ETL-Prozess (Extraction, Transformation, Loading von Daten)
- Beteiligung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Process Intelligence Governance-Richtlinien
- Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau von Product Analytics auf Basis des Atlassian Tool Stacks (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen und Best Practices
- Unterstützung bei der Schulung und beim Onboarding neuer interner Nutzer
Dein Profil:
- Laufendes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik, Physik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Gute Kenntnisse in Statistik sowie Datenanalyse und -visualisierung (z.B. Excel, SQL, Python)
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse des Atlassian Tool Stacks von Vorteil (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
- Interesse an Product Management im Legal- & Fintech Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Celonis oder anderen Process Mining Tools von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von ETL-Prozessen und Datenmanagement
- Interesse an Prozessanalyse, Prozessoptimierung und Datenanalyse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamplayer mit der Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
